General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 08bet platform and all related services. 08bet is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

Account Registration and Eligibility

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to certain games.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN is prohibited.
• 08bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Other Promotions

The terms for promotions such as reload bonuses, cashback and free spins vary for each offer. Always read these terms and make sure you understand them before accepting a bonus.

Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on 08bet:

General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 08bet itself provides this option.
• Bets recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be considered void.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Attempting to guarantee a result by placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited.

Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, Premier League), kabaddi and other sports. Odds changing during live betting events is normal — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.

Casino Games

Each casino game has its own rules available in the game interface. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

VIP and Rewards Program

The 08bet VIP program has five tiers. Based on your activity and contribution to the platform, you can gradually advance to higher tiers.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback rewards are calculated weekly and credited to your account at a set time. Specific wagering requirements may apply to cashback balance. 08bet reserves the right to change VIP benefits and terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 08bet platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Using software, bots, automation tools or AI to place bets.
• Match fixing or predicting results through any dishonest means.
• Money laundering or introducing illegal funds into the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Interfering with or attempting to hack the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening or insulting other users.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

Account Suspension and Closure

08bet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing a false identity.
• Security concerns.
• Legal or regulatory obligations.

Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to all applicable wagering requirements being met.
